Khaitan Public School, Sahibabad, hosted its fourth TEDx event on the 5th of August, 2023 in the school auditorium with the guidance of Chairman Mr. Anirudh Khaitan, Director-Projects Mr. Asheesh Kumar Sharma and Director- Education Ms. Mamta Kapoor. The theme for this edition was ‘TEDx – With Intention’. The school played host to 9 illustrious speakers from varied areas of
expertise to address the gathering of more than 250 people. Among the 9 amazing speakers was a student of Grade X from Khaitan Public School, Harman Arora, as well as alumnus of our school, Dr. Manmeet Singh and Mr. Taanish Arora. The event was graced by the presence of the School Education Director, Ms. Mamta Kapoor and Head of Senior School, Ms. Rishika Sharma. The diverse cast of speakers took the stage one by one, sharing their ideas and experiences over the course of their allotted time duration. The excited audience got a chance to know more about the speakers through the Q&A session, which transformed the event into a real and fruitful learning experience for all.

The fascinating journey began with the dynamic Opening Ceremony, complimented by a zestful dance performance “Niratata Dhang”. For the first time on the prestigious platform of TEDx, Live Music of the Kathak recital , organized by the Performing Arts Society, stole away the hearts of all.

Following that, the Education Director Ms. Mamta Kapoor energized the audience with her invigorating words. The first speaker, Taanish Arora set the pace with his enlightening oration. The event also witnessed the magnificent and spectacular ideas shared by Dr. Manmeet Singh, Kunwar Amritbir Singh, Mr. Vivek Gurav, Mr. Prathit Singh, Ms. Preeti Subberwal, Ms. Raviesha Agarwal and Harman Arora. Along with this, Ms. Aanchal Rajkumar also graced the event with her mesmerizing illusions, along with her enticing words. The soul-stirring musical performance, “What I’ve Done” left the audience spell bound.

The event culminated with an expertly synchronized drum performance, presented by the young Khaitanians and the Vote of Thanks on behalf of the Event Organizer Ms. Snehlata Chauhan, was extended by Saanvi Rastogi-student coordinator. The parents appreciated the efforts of the school for providing a platform to the students to exhibit their innate talent. The attendees left the venue feeling enriched, invigorated, and intellectually stimulated after the experience. TEDx Khaitan Public School has, once again, proven to be a vibrant red feather in the school’s cap.
