  • To give them opportunities to expand their existing skill sets and go beyond the curriculum to explore their hidden talents and align their interests.
  • To enable students to explore various academic & professional domains in ways which are non-judgemental so that they have the agency to make legitimate decisions about what to choose for themselves as they progress academically.
  • To provide risk-free learning opportunities to students so that they can experience the world of work.
  • To empower them to generate a sense of autonomy at making academic decisions so that they feel motivated, responsible and confident to decide what they want to study.

The objective of the Learning Through Internship (L.T.I) program at Khaitan Public School is to ensure that over two-thirds of our students secure placements at top-tier institutions and universities within India and internationally.

STEP 1:  Psychometric Analysis of Career Choice
STEP II:  Series of Sessions with Industry Experts
STEP III:  Skill Development with Professional Partners
STEP IV:  Real-Time Work Experience with Industry Experts
STEP V: Evaluation and Assessment of Learning

Age group: 13-18 years

1.  Beginner-Level Program: Grade VIII (Optional) and IX
2.  Advanced Level Program: Grade XI

How does it work?

Each internship is a challenging learning experience, and it transforms you from uncertainty to a clear path for
career planning.

  • 15-20 hours of Skill Development & learning with Associate Partners.
  • 2-4 hours of interaction with industry experts from each domain.
  • 2-4 hours of interaction sessions with peers, guides, counselors, and incubating career planning.
  • 2 hours of sessions for reflection and assessment of career planning and understanding.
