Mr. Anirudh Khaitan serves as Vice Chairman of Khaitan Education Center, which currently runs Khaitan Public School, Sahibabad in Uttar Pradesh. Apart from this Mr. Khaitan is also Director in Bengal Education Society, which runs Sunny Preparatory and High School, in Kolkata, West Bengal.
Mr. Khaitan graduated from Babson College, Boston, MA, U.S.A with a double major in Entrepreneurship and Finance and was one of the top few to come in the Dean’s List. He has been the driving force behind both the societies and under his guidance, KPS has emerged as the best CBSE school in Ghaziabad have seen growth of over 40% per annum in the last four years.

Ms. Mamta Kapoor is an Instructional Coach and Education Consultant. Presently she is working as Education Director – Khaitan Public School.
Ms. Mamta Kapoor spent 13 years working in the UK as Head of the Science Faculty and Assistant Head of Skinner’s Company’s School for Girls, London. She relocated to India in 2010 and led the Teaching Learning and Professional Development at Step by Step School, Noida, for 9 years.
An Alumna's of Garhwal University, Ms Kapoor topped he University in her Post Graduate Degree in Zoology with a specialization in Environmental Sciences. Presently pursing an M.Sc. in Leadership and Management from the University of Leicester UK, Ms. Kapoor is a self-motivated and passionate teacher trainer. She brings with her a wealth of experience in innovative teacher-learning methodologies and school management systems.
Ms Kapoor is an internationally minded educator with over twenty of experience, She is passionate about empowering teachers to create meaningful learning experiences in the classroom. Skilled in educational leadership, curriculum alignment and building teacher capacity through evidence-based practice, She offers school-based consultancy to facilitate teacher development and school improvement programmes.

Claire has spent the last 5 years working as Primary Head at King’s College India turning the primary department into a thriving and very successful establishment. Based on the Cambridge Curriculum she encouraged the students to reflect on their learning, be confident, innovative and lifelong learners through an active learning based curriculum. Claire led the school to winning an award for best new school in India, Bronze Award in their School Enterprise, obtaining their first ISA Award(International Schools Award) and finally working towards their Green flag. Claire was asked to be a keynote speaker on Time Management for Higher.
Prior to that she worked in the UAE as the Humanities Lead and Middle Leader and teaching across all key stages so has a deep knowledge of what is involved on the ground floor inside the classroom. Claire started her teaching profession in Scotland playing hockey for Scotland, Heading up the PE Department and having the responsibility of constructing a uniform curriculum for excellence across 13 cluster schools.
Presently completing the National Professional Qualification of Headship, having already been awarded Teacher Leader. Claire is passionate about what happens inside the classroom and wants to make sure all students receive high quality education so became a qualified mentor for NQT(Newly Qualified Teachers) to make this became a reality in the schools she was teaching in and as a result has been seen inside a classroom on a daily basis throughout her 30 years teaching experience.

Dr. Himani Tyagi is a seasoned, well-read, and adroit professional with Masters in Biotechnology from IIT Roorkee and successful Ph.D (Delhi University) in Molecular Biology. She is an ICF certified Executive & Instructional Coach and has many major publications to her name.
She has an academic professional expertise of more than 14 years and has also contributed to reputed School in Delhi NCR as Academic Head and Instructional Coach.
Passionate about Parenting, she is a Global Presence Ambassador with Parenting 2.0 and has conducted 100+ parenting sessions as a certified trainer from University of Georgia for over 9 years.
She can be described as a highly committed professional with a penchant for innovation and excels at fostering an environment that promotes learning and development. She has also played a stellar role in the establishment and management of all academic processes with proven skills in the virtual environment during COVID-19 pandemic.
She has a broad perspective owing to her diverse experiences in the domains of scientific research, Coaching and Education.
As a former Molecular Biology researcher, she has extensively researched on the implications of stress and her research has been published in leading national and international journals. As an educator, she is passionate about contributing towards making education relevant, useful for learners.
Dr Himani resides in Sahibabad with her family which includes her husband and two boys. She loves reading and gardening in her leisure time.

Ms. Peggy Sood is an American who has made her home in India, married into an Indian family for over 50 years. In addition to teaching Middle School English and Social Studies at the Shreyas School, Ahmedabad, for 1.5 years, she taught lower primary classes in New Delhi at the British School for 3 years and then for 13 years at the American Embassy School, New Delhi.
She then served as Vice Principal for the Elementary School there for 18 years Since her retirement 5 years ago, she has been an educational consultant for schools in Delhi, Jaipur, Bangalore and Mumbai. Her special area is literacy for which she creates curricular outlines, phonics programs and lesson plans to support innovation and expansion of learning opportunities. Her workshops for teachers include strategies for teaching reading and writing and classroom management.
She also conducts workshops for parents on reading and the role of play in a child’s development. Ms. Sood holds a B.Sc. in Education from the State University of New York, cum laude, an M.A. in Indian History from the American University, Washington, D.C. and an M. Ed. in Supervision and Administration from the University of Maryland, USA.
She has worked in journalism (Newsweek, N.Y.), on social research with the Educational Resources Centre, New Delhi, and co-written some books on Indian military history. Her passion remains teaching and learning and she views the classroom as the window on the future of the nation.

Dalbir Kaur Madan is a bibliophile, profoundly passionate about books, reading, libraries; and a lifelong learner, who believes in continuously soaking oneself in the wealth that books have to offer and finding innovative means to initiate young readers.
A reading specialist, founder of One Up Library, Bookstore & Learning Lab, she feels that 21st-century children need spaces beyond schools that specifically centre around critical reading and thinking, and promote curiosity, collaboration, conversations, and community-building. She curates school libraries as a passion for creating libraries and creating child-friendly spaces.

Ashit is a Management Professional with over 35-years of rich work experience across a gamut of industries that include Fitso Sports, Step by Step School Noida, The Heritage School Sr The American Embassy School. He is a passionate physical educator who believes completely in student-centric education at every level. Having the unique experience of working in an international setting of repute, combined with the experience of working with Indian schools in the NCR, it is his Forte in designing successful curriculum. Using the “Backward Design model”, or the “Understanding By Design” concept, and implementing it while working at forming a strong team of fellow educators is a skill he has successfully employed. . A Graduate in English Hons. from Delhi University, he also holds a Bachelors in Physical Education from Mysore University, to his credit, along with more than 20 workshops he has been part of in the United States.
His robust knowledge and experience will be contributing to KPS in the Physical Education Department, piloted by Ms. Mamta Kapoor. We warmly welcome Mr. M.A Ashit to our KPS Family!
