Paul Richardson graduated in History from Sheffield Hallam University and qualified as a teacher in 1986. He worked in schools in Leicester (UK) for twenty years, in a variety of leadership roles and qualified with his NPQH from the National College for school leadership in 2001. Subsequently he has led schools in New Zealand, Kazakhstan, China, Russia and Albania.
Paul specialises in leading and managing change in schools, with a focus on developing teaching and learning, assessment, recording and reporting, curriculum development and professional development. Paul’s approach is very much people centred, based on developing effective school systems, structures and professional relationships.
